La Trastienda(Alfalfa, 8), uno de los bares donde la calidad del producto es para dar palmas: gamba fresca de Huelva, langostinos de Sanlúcar, percebes, cañaíllas (que le dan fama a la casa), navajas, coquinas, almejas... y atención sus carabineros abiertos a la plancha con un toque de foie, que quitan el sentío. Dúo Tapas (Calatrava, 10), donde se combina la cocina de autor con el tapeo. No todo van a ser chacinas y montaditos. Aquí podremos tomar, por ejemplo, presa ibérica con chutney de mango; o huevos escalfados con crema de trufa blanca. Servicio joven y amable. La carta está escrita con tiza en la pared, y se puede pedir vino por copas.
La Azotea (Jesús del Gran Poder, 31-33), otro de los locales de la nueva hornada gastronómica, que nada tiene que ver con el ambiente de la calle donde está ubicado y que se encuentra en las antípodas de los bares con decoración taurina. En La Azotea, podemos probar tapas como los saquitos de brick con queso puerro y langostino, la ensaladilla de ahumados, con cebolleta y alcaparras o la lasaña de espinacas, melva y queso curado. También se han unido a la bendita moda del vino por copas. Más que recomendable.
Las Golondrinas (Antillano Campos, 26), todo un clásico en la ciudad. Imprescindible probar sus puntas de solomillo, especialidad de la casa. Hay auténtico desfile de peregrinos a este local sólamente por este plato. Tienen otras cosas, claro, pero muchos clientes toman siempre la misma tapa, una y otra vez. Hasta reventar. El servicio es de los que no quedan: atentísimo y amable.
Casa Diego (Avenida Santa Cecilia, 29), o mejor dicho, el bar con los mejores caracoles de Sevilla, y cabrillas
Casa Ruperto (Avenida Santa Cecilia, 2), con la codorniz como plato estrella.
Casa Manolo(San Jorge, 16) donde bordan el pescaíto frito. Son muchos lo que se dejan caer por allí para probar sus guisos, cocinados como en casa de nuestra abuela.
Casa Cuesta (Castilla, 1), local centenario que en tiempos fue despacho de vinos y ahora es un bar de referencia en Triana, con sus paredes de azulejo y su emblemático reloj presidiendo la barra. Allí no faltan ni las típicas espinacas con garbanzos, ni los riñones al jerez ni el rabo de toro.
El Bistec (Pelay Correa, 34), junto a la Iglesia de Santa Ana (conocida como la Catedral de Triana), ofrece una tapa única: paloma en salsa, plato centenario que se remonta a la época en que los nobles frecuentaban el arte de la caza. Cocina tradicional sevillana con interesantes guisos de ave y cabrillas en salsa.

Casa Román(Plaza de los Venerables, 1) y Las Teresas (Santa Teresa, 2). Both are a perfect example of classic Andalusian tapas, with a clear protagonist the ham. for many people is the best ham served in Seville. Santa cruz's borough is one of the places more tourist of the town.

La Azotea (Jesus del Gran Poder, 31-33), one of the premises of the new gastronomic batch, which has nothing to do with the atmosphere of the street where it is located and which is in the antipodes of the bars with bullfighting decor . On The Roof, we can try tapas such as brick tea bags with cheese leek and shrimp, smoked olio with chives and capers or spinach lasagna, frigate tuna and cured cheese.
